Currently all items are made one at a time customized to your specifications, lead times are commonly 2 months, often more. If you have a need by a certain time please call so we can schedule this. Please note that we are working toward selling only items we have already made, so customizations will be very limited in the future.
Shipping outside USA or Alaska & Hawaii will add additional shipping cost – we’ll notify you before shipping

Outside USA – We ship to most countries
Insurance and Loss Protection – We do not include insurance on packages we ship, nor do we require signature on delivery, if you want those coverages, please let us know and we will arrange for them. We are not responsible for any package once it is received by a carrier. We have had almost no loss problems with UPS and USPS.
