Shipping policies – Wilderness Innovation ships most orders via US Priority mail, UPS is used when Priority mail is not practical.

Outside USA shipping. We ship to most counties via USPS Priority Mail International. You can order on the website and we will contact you on shipping balance, which is actual amount less what you paid with the order.

Shipping on custom orders are subject to change depending on the conditions.

Returns – Customers are able to return any unused item for a full refund, less shipping, within 14 days of shipping date.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and will need to call or text (435) 262-0430 before the order is returned.

Any custom orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis for refund amount.

Warranty – Gear is covered for normal usage, and is warranted for defects. We take items case by case and have always been generous in our terms. Almost no returns since 2009.

Insurance Coverage – If you buy while signed in to your PayPal account, there are additional coverages included. We ship without insurance unless you instruct us otherwise. We are not liable for any package once it leaves our facility. Using USPS and UPS we have had almost no loss problems in eight years. Payment – All orders will be processed by Wilderness Innovation through PayPal. Wilderness Innovation, is responsible for all payment and product liabilities.
