Shipping policies – Wilderness Innovation ships via US Priority mail. We have found that we are able to get the most out of the money spent. US shipping is $5.00 anywhere on any order, and $35.00 for orders to Canada and Mexico.

If you are wanting supplies shipped anywhere else you will need to contact us on pricing or it will default to $50.00

Shipping on custom orders are subject to change depending on the conditions.

Returns – Customers are able to return any regular item for a full refund within 14 days of shipping date.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and will need to contact us before the order is returned.

Any custom orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis for refund amount.

Payment – All orders will be processed by SureFlex Sports through PayPal. SureFlex Sports is the parent company of Wilderness Innovation, and is responsible for all payment and product liabilities.

Privacy- Wilderness Innovation takes pride in our quality customer service! We DO NOT disclose  ANY customer information to third party vendors. Wilderness Innovation is able to stock all supplies needed, which enables us to handle all sensitive information.
