Perry you make some great points about keeping it simple, but make yourself comfortable in camp first. Then practice your survival skills.

Great and honest podcast sir people just don’t understand that you need gear to survive I live in Florida and a tarp and hammock are key when you find a spot to camp set up and it rains you can wake up to 3 inches off standing water and not be in a low area it’s just the ground is saturated I grew up in Michigan and let me say if it’s 50 degrees outside and your soaking wet your cold for sure but the right gear and the knowledge to know what you can’t and can’t handle is key not to mention we have venomous snakes gators skeeters sand flies if your getting eating by bugs or wake up with a water mocasoun curled up today for heat your in trouble as for the keyboard commandos don’t worry about them sir keep the videos coming really enjoy your products and vids
